You will need a credit card to hold the reservation, but no charge will be made until your arrival. Reservations can be cancelled with no penalty up until 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. ABOUT THE HOTEL
CONFERENCE PARKING OPTIONS
From Reagan National Airport, you can take the complimentary shuttle offered by the Crystal Gateway Marriott which drops off at the front of the hotel. You can also inexpensively take the Washington, D.C. WMATA, or metro, directly from Reagan National Airport. Simply board the BLUE line in the direction of LARGO TOWN CENTER. You will exit at the CRYSTAL CITY stop.
If you are traveling from Dulles International Airport, the easiest and most economical option is Supershuttle. Please note that you might be able to negotiate a group discount with Supershuttle.
The other option is a taxi service and the cost is approximately $60.00 each way to and from Dulles Airport.
