Q: When/Where is the Conference
A. The conference is Thursday, November 12 through Saturday, November 14. The conference is being held at the Albuquerque Convention Center.
Q: How do I contact a "live" person for registration help and information?
A: Please contact the Conference Office, open Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Mountain Time, excluding holidays.
Q: What is the cost to attend?
A: There are a number of different pricing options, depending on the number of days you want to attend. For details, please see the Fees & Policies page.
Q: I just registered online, when will I receive my receipt and confirmation?
A: You should receive a confirmation within 10 minutes of registering. The confirmation will provide you with a link to your registration record and the option of printing an invoice or receipt.
If you do not receive an email confirmation within 10 minutes of completing your registration please call us. Check your junk mail box - sometimes the email address of our registration provider has been blocked by servers as possible spam.
Q: I just received an email from your office saying that I am not officially registered. I am confused, I have a confirmation.
A: All registrations are pending until payment is processed. Your registration status will be changed to “confirmed” once payment is finalized. Online registration without payment does NOT secure your registration or the early bird rate.
Q: I have forgotten my password, how do I get back into my records?
A: Go to the online registration page, enter your email address, and click the “I forgot my password” link. Click the “Send It” button. You will receive an email containing a newly generated password.
Q: I need to make changes to my registration, how can I do this?
A: Go to the online registration page and enter your email address and password. This will take you to your registration and will ask you what changes you would like to make. Click on the area you would like to make changes, e.g. print invoice, change sessions, etc.
Q: How do I apply for a scholarship?
A: The scholarship application is completed during the online registration process.
Q: What meals are included in the conference registration fee?
A: A continental breakfast and snacks are provided all days of the conference.
Q: If I don’t attend the meals, may I get a portion of my registration fee returned?
A: There are no refunds on conference meals.
Q: When is check-in/check-out at the hotels?
A: Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out is at 12 noon.
Q: Does the hotel allow smoking?
A: The Hyatt Regency Albuquerque has a very limited inventory of smoking rooms (approximately 10). If you require a smoking room we recommend making your reservation as soon as possible.
A: All live animals are prohibited, with the exception of guide and service animals.
Q: Can I bring my child to the conference?
A: There will not be any on-site child care services at the conference. Due to safety concerns, and the fact that the content presented in not always appropriate for children, no one under the age of 12 (including infants in strollers) are allowed unless they are registered conference attendees.
Q: American with Disabilities Act - How can I request assistance?
A: If you require special assistance, auxiliary aids, interpreters or other reasonable accommodations while at the conference, please contact Kelly Willems at (505) 266-3451 at least two weeks prior to the event date.
Q: Is there internet access at the conference?
A: The Hyatt Regency Albuquerque, the DoubleTree Hotel and the Albuquerque Convention Center all offer free wireless internet access. As this is a service provided by each facility, the conference organizers cannot guarantee the functioning of the system nor can provide technical support.
